In that case then add Amir Khan, when he was asked by Zab Judah. AFTER all contracts were signed. Which was the same situation as Hopkins-Pascal II, the fight was signed, all contracts were done, then Pascal decided to bring up OST during the pre fight hype, which was all hype, just like Judah bringing it up for Khan.
