As a liberal I suggest taking away a heterosexual white male's "going outside" privileges. If they don't go outside they can't observe obvious patterns anymore.
    What are these obvious patterns?

Preventing the observation of obvious patterns will stop racism in its tracks.
That is if these "patterns" of which you speak are really responsible for racism. The fact of the matter is the confirmation bias that makes one ignores certain "patterns" and uses others to reaffirm their preconceived beliefs.

I would also ban universities from teaching "Statistics" classes.
A ban is not needed because stats is open to everyone not just Asian and Europeans.

These are basically lectures where European and Asian heterosexuals are taught how to use math and numbers to link certain humans to certain actions and behaviors. A breeding ground for racism.
The first lesson learned in Stats is that correlation doesn't equal causation. The more advance you go, you realized how these numbers can be manipulated to skew results, or how sampling error can bring false inferences.

It is obvious that the so called Asians and Europeans forget the first lesson in Stats if they are using it to infer absolution.

No, but it's a correlation all the same. And there is a strong correlation between young black men (who are about 2-3% of the population), and violent crime (they commit about 50% of all violent crime).

Now, does this mean that "because they are black" they are committing violent crime?

No - but it means all the same that young black men are committing a **** ton of violent crime.

What you're suggesting is ludicrous - that the NCVS, a survey completed by citizens on being victims of crime - is so heavily skewed that it gives the false impression that young black men aren't the most likely to commit violent crimes.

Why would somebody, on a random, anonymous survey, lie about being robbed by a black man? Ok - so you have a racist here or there that lies... But to believe there is a large amount of these people with the mindset of "ohh, let's conspire to lie about being victims of crime to make blacks look bad"! is silly! NOT TO MENTION that black people make up the largest percentage (per capita) of these victims answering questions on the NCVS. So, you'd have to have a huge amount of UNCLE TOM BLACKS who are purposely lying about being victims of crime by other blacks.

The fact that the NCVS statistics are BUTTRESSED by the police arrest/criminal conviction data (or I guess the other way around, in reality - the criminal data is buttressed by the NCVS), makes your argument even less probable...

Now, are there cases of racism, where police wrongfully arrest black men for crimes they didn't commit? And courts convict them for crimes they didn't commit? OF COURSE! (the same for all races)... But to believe anything more than 1-2%(even that is a far stretch - probably more like 1 out of every 500-800) are being wrongfully arrested, and convicted, is preposterous...

Not to mention that you can't "make up dead bodies" for the murder category.

Do you honestly believe that young black men are not the most likely demographic group to commit violent crime?

Now - I'm not talking about causation - I'm just talking about violent crimes committed... That is a different topic. But how can we talk about causation, if one isn't ready to accept there is a problem?
