You know what I noticed, he touched all of the food to place it in the containers, except the fries. Have you ever touched lettuce, then see it start wilting the next day? Our fingers have bacteria on it that makes things grow on food we touch. Now I know those things can get bacteria from the air and the jar he placed it in. But I think that is why those fries didn't do anything.

edit: I know he didn't touched the fries from the real restaurant, but I'm sure someone did, that restaurant or him without doing it on camera. We all know mcd's has a scoop, so it goes from the frier to the bin, scooped, carton, to your fingers.
