Ross Kemp and wife Rebekah Wade have ended their seven-year marriage on the grounds of his alleged adultery.
Sun editor Wade was granted a decree nisi at the High Court in London today, reports PA. Neither the 44-year-old actor nor Wade attended the legal proceedings.
The former EastEnders star married Wade, 40, at a Las Vegas ceremony in 2002.
Wade alleged in a written divorce document before the court that she had "found certain evidence indicating adultery".
"The respondent then admitted the adultery," the papers state.
She claimed that she has not lived in the same home as Kemp since October 2006, when she alleged that the adultery took place.
