But seriously, He will go out as one of the ATG's of course, and rightly so. However he will always have Marquez there in his legacy as the guy who he never beat convincingly, got a gift against him and got knocked out by him. But that's boxing, you fight the best and sometimes you lose. It should not detract from his legacy and it won't.
More fighters should think about that really. People now put too much stock into a loss and if you're lose, you're finished. That shouldn't be the case. There's no shame in losing to other top fighters. If the best fight the best, you win some, you lose some.
