No that's Manslaughter, by definition. Manslaughter is when someone dies as the result of a crime. For it to be murder he crown would have to prove that the intention of the defendant was to cause serious bodily harm or death to the victim. A punch in the face doesn't fit the bill even if it does cause serious bodily harm or death.

Could be different but in Florida, USA and most of the rest of the USA we follow something called the Eggshell skull doctrine, which means if you unintentionally cause more harm to someone than normal you are still liable. This is used mostly in tort law but is also seen in criminal.
