As somebody else has already mentioned, it really depends on how you define all four terms. If you have enough to get by and really enjoy your life the way it is, then being "poor" is just fine by me. If I'm living on the streets but am still happy (for whatever reason), I would probably rather be rich and depressed. However, I doubt I'd be happy living on the streets to begin with, so that's a moot point.

The thread is kind of pointless unless you really define the circumstances of being "poor" and being "rich".
