Same here. Kovalev seems to have disappeared off somewhere (Russia probably) to enjoy his time off.

Laughing at all the clowns that want Ward to feel and talk like he lost. That's lunacy. Now because he spoke up and said the same thing a lot of other fighters and former fighters have said he is bragging. GTFOH. And to those talking about they haven't heard much from Kovalev, he said a mouthful postfight. That's what Ward addressed in his Instagram post.

If Kovalev is one dimensional, shouldn't Ward be worried? That gives Kov room for improvement which means that Kov will be better prepared the second time. If Ward only managed to win 114-113 with a one dimensional opponent , what do u reckon is going to happen if Kov goes to the body more and doesn't get tired in the second half?

Do you really believe that a 33 year old fighter is going to improve enough as an inside fighter in one training camp to best a career inside fighter? And wouldn't that take away Kovalev reach advantage? If anything he needs to work on throwing punches of his back foot to catch Ward coming in to close the distance. As far as stamina, I've never seen a fighter who comes into fights in great shape already come in to subsequent fights with more stamina. These guys train hard and are in the best shape they can be in for career changing legacy fights.

            Ward, "...if there's a rematch".
            What's up with that?
You'd think SOG would want to prove his win was no miracle.

Ward should use milfhunter.com to ease the pain.

Agree. I feel Krusher has got to do more than just march forward for the last 6 rounds throwing those tired looking right hands. Is it a fitness issue or a loss of focus, who knows, but you can see the change in his facial expression and his punch output came right down. It was like he was getting into position alright but he wasn't firing his guns.

I remember the face of Ward after being "gifted" the winning. It was like somebody told him "You won the mega lottery"!
Let 7 or more independent boxing judges (all from foreign countries review the tape and make a decision on who won the fight.) Inside work or outside work this rhetoric is a distraction from the main thing, namely Kovalev was robbed by the judges in favor of the local guy-Ward. I am eager to watch the rematch.

                    1. Why would Ward be worried about a one dimensional fighter? There is a reason why Kovalev is a one dimensional fighter. Everyone saw he couldn't make adjustments in the 2nd half of the fight.

You're the bigger fighter, stronger fighter, your weight class, bigger than your opponent, etc. You still can't make adjustments to neutralize your opponent.

                    2. You can't expect an old fighter like Kovalev to learn new things especially when he has been fighting a certain way his whole life. If you want to be a great fighter then you need to be able to adjust in fights and fight multiple ways depending on your opponent in the ring. You can't have just one style because what happens when your opponent makes an adjustment and you can't make an adjustment to neutralize him?

                    3. Fighting inside is an advantage for Ward and a big disadvantage for Kovalev. Fighting inside would neutralize Kovalev's power and reach.

                    4. He is old and his stamina is going to be worst as he gets older. Kovalev can't apply pressure for 12 rounds against someone like Ward. He doesn't have the stamina or endurance to keep doing it for 12 rounds.

Ward took his soul when Kovalev found out he couldn't seriously hurt Ward after Ward made adjustments. If you give a fighter your best shots and he is still standing after getting hit with them, you don't think that will **** up with his head? He was expected to knock out Ward during the fight.

Which is funny to me because leading up to the fight JDJ swore Kovalev could fight inside and Ward had no inside game.
