                  You're right about that Trigg! I've been doing Insanity for about a week now and I'm stiff as a board, I just realized it's because i'm skipping the stretching routine bad move.

                    I do Yoga. It's definitely not for old ladies because it's so physically demanding.

                    It helps with my flexibility, posture and overall physical strength and coordination.

                      LOL@ people that think yoga is gay. Yoga is no mother fukin joke, that **** is crazy hard, tough and you have to be really strong to do it.

                      I'm not talking about beginner yoga, I'm talking about those mother fukers that can do like crane poses and **** like that.
