DE is prettier but if you wanted to actually buy one ill go with .44 because recoil for DE is to much for a protection gun

I own a DE, its more of a trophy for me than anything else, rarley use it at a range or anything. It is a powerhouse though.

They made the D.E. in .44 magnum, BB. Also in .357 as well. So you can have your cake, and eat it too.

love the .44 mags but im not into old school revolvers as much as newer guns
