So based on many people's opinion that Pac beats Ward if they both weighed 147, shouldn't he be higher than Ward in most P4P Lists? Wasn't this the main purpose of the list?

      Pac would kill Ward anytime.

Ward's Chin is not that good but his defense keeps him out of trouble and he is faster and more clever than the fighters he has faced. He has never faced a fighter with the speed, skill, stamina and power of Pacquiao. Pacquiao has a variety of hard punches that come in at all angels and he throws them in quick, accurate combinations. He should be able to KO Ward sooner or later in the fight and he still wins on points if he doesn't get the KO.

This right here..Lets be real, Tim Bradley is the FIRST elite level boxer in or close to their prime that Manny has faced in years so I can't see how anyone thinks Manny would steamroll Ward, who has made everybody he's faced, elite or not, look average..

Bradley is the closest counterpart to Ward at this weight, with better defense.

You would get a very competitive fight if Ward was a WW, but i dont see a blowout either way

Even a supermiddle weight version of Pacquiao would easily clean out the division and higher. His style, speed, and ferocity will be trouble even to current heavyweights. Pac is true p4p.

PAC's style is not easy to solve.

It takes a very intelligent boxer to beat him and someone who has speed to counter speed.

JMM has the blueprint to at least give PAC trouble. Counterpunch skills with speed and power. Pot shot counterpunching won't work either. Must throw some combinations. (PAC-Morales 1 as well) And Manny has to respect the power. If not, he'll walk right through it.

In PAC-Bradley 1, PAC didn't respect Bradley's punching power so it was easy work.

No one p4p can beat Manny (especially prime Manny) except JMM and Mayweather.

Ward can adapt....not being funny here but has Manny ever had to adapt in a fight.

as an avid fan of ward, i'd say ward's health will be at risk fighting pac. it's a no brainer...

Pacquiao speed and footwork too much for ward. ward usually has most of the advantages going into fights. He might get caught with a big shot if he tries to clinch with pacquiao .
