Is there an actual reason as to why Martinez won't fight Golovkin?

Seems like it would be an easy fight to make.

I haven't really been following it.

Lou DiBella has been talking nonsense excuses for a while now arguing against the fight. If Martinez beats Cotto and doesn't hurt himself, it pretty much has to happen for Martinez to still be considered the legitimate middleweight champ.

Lou has been talking a lot of crap. I remember they'd rip him and say he'd need to fight Stevens to prove his worth... haven't heard much since after that. If they can find a better opponent than Golovkin to finish their one last fight, then take it...only person I can think of is Ward though
