I don't think you can call him the GOAT but he's one of the greatest, he's an ATG all around rapper who has consistently came out with hits and has a legitimate claim to having the greatest rap album of all time in Illmatic.

With all of that said, he lacks the persona.. He has always said whats on his mind and what he feels but isn't as charismatic as some of the other ATGs, I think that's where he gets hindered.. Dude has some serious punchlines but I wouldn't put them on the level of folks like Biggie, Big L or Jay Z.

Regardless, he's an ATG and a definite titan of rap.
