Not sure when the canelo/cotto fight officially sold out but for the mayweather/pac fight there were tickets available within days before the fight and that went on to shatter records. We still a month away. Canelo khan without a doubt will sell out and will have the largest live gate ticket revenue of any fight so far this year.
Nah, the tickets for AJ-Martin were going for as much as £300 - £3500 and they were gone in 90 seconds. Face it, fans voted with their wallets this time round and Goldenboy screwed up royally.

No clue how much money that translates to in the US and don't care. Floyd fight with Manny didn't sell out till days before and that's number 1 all time in money. Just looked it up canelo last fight didn't officially sellout yet in a 10k stadium they generated the 13th highest live gate in history. Again they make more money and it's not about selling out the fastest. This is normal for big time fight in vegas

According to Sky Box Office they sold out the venue in 90 seconds flat, as soon as tickets were available. Don't forget, either, that Buffer chose this fight instead of the Manny-Bradley to do his last MC job before he retires. Europe, and the UK in particular, is becoming the boxing capital of the world. America has 5 years left before it devolves into a meathead, UFC watching, corrupt, immoral and bankrupt nation full of filth and scum like aldo and TyroneBiggs. God-willing.

Even though i think Khan is probably a bigger name in boxing then GGG, i think the GGG vs. Canelo fight would sell out faster at similar ticket costs and GGG would take a smaller purse the Kahn. PPV # would be similar i think.

Floyd and Manny made it look easy. Selling out Vegas & million buy PPV's ain't the norm. What Floyd & Manny accomplished may never happen again.
