Ruslan Chagaev will now face Alexander Petkovic, or possibly Shannon Briggs.

I find that hard to believe because Petkovic isn't ranked.

I do agree with Pigeon here, "regular" and "super" is a rubbish idea. Different belts fine. But your either the "champion" or your not. Why not say your the number 2 guy as obvious. Just an excuse to stage more championship fights for even more money.

Invented of course, purely because dominant champs don't produce as much money as weaker ones because they rarely lose, so only defences are big money.

WTF is wrong with Oquendo, fight him! Just give it to Chag, his repute precedes him!
