it is possible pacquiao got cash hidden away from those corrupted governments.
you wouldn't want to leave all your money in a bank if you know that your government are corrupted and will be coming after you.

To be honest, the 40mil offer was an insult. This was lining up to be the biggest fight in history not because of one fighter, but because of the combination of both fighters. If Manny had accepted that, he would have been a jackass. Who wouldn't want to gain from the upswing of profit being one of the contributor?

Floyd was a douche for making that offer. The refusal of the fight sits squarely on Arum's shoulder, but Floyd did himself no favour by making such a disrespectful offer.

Where are you getting this? I don't get where you're coming from that Pac has gambling debts? That is just crap. Where is the link stating that Arum has wired million to pay casinos? all i heard was Arum wiring Pac's winnings of millions of dollars deducted to the IRS.

I live here in the Pi. You just can't arrive with a conclusion from hearsay and posts here in Boxingscene.

It's big news over here. This isn't just a simple tax evasion case. It's runs deeper that.

One should keep in mind the nature of a bank account. One never puts a large sum of money in a bank account if they have any sense. When one has resources the last thing they want to do is "own"anything legally, including money.

Some people here heard that Mayweather, allegedly had millions of dollars in a checking account and that this fact proved his wealth....actually it proved that mayweather is a dunce. Remember the IRS taxes capital gsins and even the stingy interest on a checking account adds up to something.

News flash....You want people to see nothing in your name! You put your money in structures that gaurd it legally from the crooks at the IRS....corporations, trusts, life insurance policies, etc. You put it in your kid's names, you take a loss and exxagerate it, etc.

So please.....stop this BS about Pacquio's bank accounts! It belies the general state of financial literacy in this country and on this site.
