Even when he was still domestic, he was awesome. Leaving Sky Sports probably played a part in that though. It was hard to locate his fights after that, even for big one's like Pascal, Setanta's marketing was ****.

i think froch's resume is more consistent in terms of tough fights. But, i think calzaghe was a better fighter than froch; he convincingly beat a prime kessler, ruined lacy, but most impressively moved straight up to 175 and beat bhop...a win that looks better with every year bhop remains at the top. Both great fighters, but think joe is a bit more special.
