People bringing up amateur records as if anyone is even comparing those lists of competition or not even mentioning Rigo's close to 500 amateur bouts and 2 Gold Medals when its clearly known that Cuban boxers have always shined in the Olympics and in the science, where Floyd had to cut a break in his Olympics and beat a Cuban...

Rigo beats Donaire...and Arum has a fit and destroys his image. If HBO really wanted to, they could easily do a boxing program dedicated to Rigo after he beat Donaire just to explain the art.... this way dumbass casual fans could learn something instead of thinking Rocky was real..

Neither is bad at all, but both tend to be given too much credit. Tough call but it would have to be Loma. GGG has a lot of pro fights with no losses and while his competition couldn't be worse, Loma's hasn't been any better, he's had far fewer pro fights, and he actually lost to an unspectacular fighter.
People are dazzled by Loma's footwork and handspeed, as they should be, but the problem is that you can only make it so far fighting light footed like that. Without applying enough pop on your punches to keep a guy off you, guys like Salido (who is rugged, but nothing special) will walk through your offense. Loma is more talented than ggg but Golovkin has accomplished far more in professional boxing and deserves credit for that when comparing these two. .

Lara the most overrated because he is proclaimed as some as being on the level of floyd or Rigo but when given chances vs vanes, angulo, canelo--- Lara couldn't carve anyone up.. Both are underated because GGG is probably the uncrowned number 1 boxer on earth and Loma is the best 160 and below.
