Chop up some garlic, chile, add a lil vinegar to the og sauce.

There's ur hot n spicy.

Idk if it's a Bikol thing(Camarines Sur) but I love this sauce they make for Liempo and other pork dishes. It has soy, vinegar, chopped onion, garlic and sili. A tiny bit of sugar is added and then they mix it all up... Bro, that thing is ridiculously good too.
