Fighters in those smaller division make crap money compared to heavier divisions. E.g. Donaire made $350,000 for the Montiel fight. Devon Alexander made $1m+ for the Bradley fight. Wonjongkam isn't even making the kind of money that Donaire makes, not even half that I reckon.

So he fights these bums in order to get paid regularly because he can't afford to fight twice a year like most other P4P boxers.
