Maybe, I'm just young, but in wake of what seems like a ton of national disasters, whether it be accidental explosions, terrorist acts, or natural disasters, it seems as if that money should be going to the citizens first.
47.8b is the 2013 budget, which is actually a 6% reduction from 2012. Imagine if that 47.8b was used to feed the homeless or care for people involved in national disasters.
What are your thoughts? I personally feel it needs to stay at home. When you can't even feed or take care of everyone at home, why are you trying to take care of people abroad?
