Sprott got outclassed by Wlad big deal, unless he's actually been in the ring with Haye how would he know how good he is in comparison to Wlad.

Chambers is a fat CW, if he got in really good shape he could probably fight at LHW. Wlad beating a guy so much naturally smaller than him is nothing to brag about. It just shows how shit the division is that he was actually considered a top HW.
