I always hear about complaints of too many divisions but if a boxer stays at 1 weight he gets slayed for it , sounds contradicting

Like I said, I generally have no problem with one division guys. But this dude fought at what, 115 or 118 his whole career. There are only so many challengers at your weight.

I think the little guys are expected to move up. I don't think everyone should be Pacquaio, when you're 5'7" and start your career at 118 at age 23, I expect you to end up at 130.
