both parties said the weight was no issue...money was..loma didnt want an even money fight and has never wanted one with any opponent even after losing...it's that simple

if they make the fight can they at least make it when rigo is active and we know wat he bringing to the table...walters proved that u dont take tought fights with no fights under your belt..

So Loma would drain himself dry just to fight this dry, unsmiling, boring guy. I see.

Donaire was a good fighter but he was not a pure boxer or really all that focused on defense.

Not even close to the same kinds of fights.
"exciting proposition" is overstating the case, but if Lomachenko really is as good as folks think, it won't be a dud.

For all the talk against Rigondeaux, Lomachenko and Rigondeaux are both pivot fighters; good big man near always beats good little man, and Rigondeaux (at 122lbs) is already fighting about as high as he's likely to physically get, while Lomachenko likely topping out at 140lbs.

The risk comes if Lomachenko really isn't that good.

na loma is a pocket hogger..he's in the pocket looking to work..his precision makes him uncounterable almost..he punches you clean of balance and keeps working..cant counter 4 shots that easy..not even rigo..rigo would move the pocket effectly, but still idk if he is the same it's been a while and itme waits for no man..plus he's a midget to lomo imo

The discussion about this fight reminds me of talks of Mayweather vs. Maravilla - smaller, defensive boxer vs the larger, athletically gifted fighter (in a nutshell). Incredibly intriguing matchup, however, the weight difference was / is a real barrier and not simply an excuse from either side.

If Trump said this Arum would call him racist. Bottom line all Rigo fights are **** for action. That's not racist is it?

In terms of watching a great fight idk what to think, but both would be cautious imo. Lomas isn't Nonito swinging wildly with slow feet. Might be a good amount of moving and evading in this one.
I doubt it gives him a lot of praise if he beats rigo. Loma 130 talking about moving up another weight class while rigo barely big enough for 122. I bet he'll get a lot of criticism for fighting someone two weight class down.

                    Arum is scared of Rigo

So, Lomachenko vs Walters was exciting?? Arum is full of shyt. He knows what Rigo would do to Loma: same thing he did to Donaire; he would simply destroy him and turn all this bullshyt hype into smoke. Bob is still mad at Rigo for ruining Donaire and causing him to lose the millions he had planned on making off the Donaire hype. Rigo would simply destroy Lomachenko, period.
