I think most who have been fair about it have been but looking at the facts I can totally understand why they feel this will be a lopsided beatdown

Tony is a fighter who takes 2 to give 1 always has been. He had to go through wars to get to the point he was at on Jan 24th 2009. That, no matter how tough you are, takes a toll on you.

Manny meanwhile has ascend the divisions and seemingly has gotten better in every aspect of the game and while yes Manny has been in some wars he has not seen one since March of 2008 while Tony was in one a year after Manny

that's why people are skeptical and to me, while you won't find a bigger Margarito supporter on here, I understand the skepticism

I will say I haven't seen him this hungry since the 2nd Cintron fight. At that moment he knew if he not only won but won convincingly he would get the Cotto so he trained like a man possessed

yes moreso than the Cotto fight

Just saying Pac is not as fast and his face doesn't hold up as he before.

150 is a weight more suited to Marg than Pac.

Marg did look **** but it was a comeback fight. He probably didn't even train that great unlike now where he is putting a lot into it.

Mosely at that fight had his number. You should never let Mosely tee off on you. Some say Marg found it hard to make 147.

Margarito has been in countless wars. And yes, while Pac superhumanly is still in his prime, Margarito began slipping a few years back. Furthermore, 150 may suit Margarito more than Pac but Pac aint coming in at 150 and Margarito will have to kill himself to make it. That's just the facts.

Cotto hurt him pretty bad. You don't get a black eye and busted ear drum without taking some hard hits.

Yes, it was the kind of fight that took PLENTY out of both fighters. Kinda like Chavez-Taylor. Everyone remembers Taylor being "ruined" but Chavez was never the same either.

I would say that Pac is in his boxing prime but not physical.

In physical he is not as fast and at his age, his body breaks down easier and takes longer to repair.

However, in his boxing years, he is probably at his prime because he has learnt to be a better boxer and not brawler.

Much like Wlad has gotten better with age because he can box more instead of go in and get KO'd. Wlad is 34 now.

Marg has probably slipped yes, but he has also lost before himself. He has also trained very hard for this, even earner just said.

I never said it took a lot put of Pac, but he was hurt pretty badly. His face looked bad VS Clottey who didn't hit him very often.

Pac has thrown nearly 1000 punches in each of his last two fights. When a fighter begins to slow down, it shows in his punch output. Kinda like...Margarito in his last two fights.

Face looking bad is one thing. Bottom line is that Pac is superhuman while Margarito is showing what countless wars can do. Period.
