He won his shitty WBC silver title in MX against a so - so Perez. Still looking for the replay.

CUELLO TO FIGHT IN THE UNDERCARD OF CANELO ALVAREZ HEADLINED CARD IN LAS VEGAS IN SEPTEMBER

WBC Silver Strawweight Champion Denver Cuello-Singwangcha will fight in the undercard of Saul Alvarez's fight against a yet to be announced opponent in September in Las Vegas. This was relayed by Canelo Promotions CEO Eddy Reynoso shortly after Denver's round two knockout victory over Ganigan Lopez in Celaya Mexico.

According to Cuello's manager Aljoe Jaro, "Canelo wants to introduce Denver to American television. Thus his inclusion to the Canelo fight. They want PPV buyers to see him fight. They plan to make him the next little big star in boxing. We do not know who the opponent will be yet. It can be a tune up fight before the world championship or it could be the main game itself. We will wait for the developments."

Cuello and Jaro will be back in Manila on Saturday morning.
