I've seen foreman fight three times, two of those times live (in Tacoma, WA) and although his opponents were bums he didn't see all that bad. He had a decent punch and his fundamentals aren't that bad.

What isn't known is if he can take a punch or not.

With that said I would put big money on Foreman to knock out Kimbo.
