Ill try and keep it short as possible.. basically we made a deal that if he fixes my new car (lancer) I'll sell my old car to him for $500 (which is really cheap).. we shook it on and everything.. on the same day we made the deal, he just put the car parts back together and was good to drive (even thou it's not what I meant, my car was still blowing smokes that's why we strip the car apart at the first place).. deals a deal he took my old car and said he will pay for it another time and while I took my new car home one of his mate was driving my new car home and he fully thrashed my car and did something to it and now its blowing more smokes than ever.. days later his mate took it back to try fix the smoking but was unable because he said the motor was fuked or my turbo and I have to pull out money for parts which i dont have.. but he made me a offer the next day that he keeps my new car lancer for my old car (apparently he spent 2k oon my old car with new motor and everything) .. and I thought that was a **** deal.. but I wrote a note and have it sign basically he claims ownership of my new car.. when he got to my house he snatched that paper with my signature on it.. and I had a hard think about it and called my mate.. he talked to him on the phone and they were having a heated argument.. and I was like forget about it I didnt want to stir up trouble.. I just want my cars back and forget this ever happen but he goes I have to pay him 2k for it back cus he did something to my old car (cant even fukn provide me the receipt) .. I would give him the 2k but I dont have that kinda money laying around I dont even have a job my car was all I have.. he took my old car home (still has my new car sitting somewhere at his house).. so days later I was like dont worry about it lets stick to the old deal and you give me $500.. he said no he wants it for free for lancer back because he has my paper with my signature.. he fukt me over...
I wanna fukn kill him. he got done up before and was in prison once for whatever reason.. he knows where i live and my friend's too and he can bring trouble to our families.. I dont know what I fukn do...
