[PLEASE HELP] Battle Royale 2: Any good?

Watched Battle Royale (Korean Movie) yesterday after it was mentioned in a movie recommendation thread. Loved it, thought it was a good movie.

Now I have come to know that there's a sequel to it and was wondering if anyone here has seen it? If yes, whats its like, anywhere near as good as part 1?

Also, can anyone recommend any other good Korean movies, thanks.

Well, it is nowhere near the first part in terms of storyline and character development.
It's focuses more on the rebel part, often borderline on being propaganda-like and condoning terrorism, and it also has a very obvious anti-USA part, in case something like this might bother you.

All that said, I enjoyed it though, but not as much as the first one.

Other good korean movies, I can only think of Oldboy, but I suppose you already know that one. If not, watch it like there is no tomorrow!
