Also, which Universities are the biggest and best party schools?

Ironically, I went to the rival school that is just down the street, Concordia. But I have to admit that Concordia parties aren't nearly as good as McGill parties. Great party school but didn't realize it was that good.

It depends what you are looking for, hot chicks or drinking. Drinking wise the Big 10 has a strangle hold on the list. Mainly, Wisconsin, MSU, PSU and Indiana have been holding down the top 10 for years. Hot chick wise though the SEC seems to be rolling strong.
