They can't agree to the drug testing thing.

Because both fighters know it's the biggest fight of both their lives.

both fighters want to be ready mentally as well as physically.

Mayweather wants peace of mind. So He wants random drug testing, He ain't scared or anything. He just wants to have peace of mind for the biggest fight of his career. And this is the best fight for him money wise. And he is ''Money Mayweather'' right?.

and Manny's side.

Pacquiao has this mental thing that he feels uncomfortable or as He says ''weaker'' when blood is taken. So He feels He isn't 100%. So He won't have peace of mind and not be ready mentally. And when your head isn't right, you won't train right. So if He agrees to the testing, that's giving Mayweather the clear advantage, because Mayweather will have His peace of mind. But Pac won't.

And the other way around if Floyd agrees to drop testing He will feel uneasy. And won't have peace of mind, giving Pacquiao the advantage.


So there's a big problem here.

The solution?.

They can't agree on a cut off date.

So why don't they agree on how many times random testing will take place. Again not WHEN but HOW MANY TIMES RANDOMLY.

so all they have to agree about is how many times. It is still random, but maybe they can negotiate how many times. But still at random..

well the fight was not materlialized anymore, manny has a new opponent clothey, i think both parties dont agreed on their conditions. thats why manny's camp looked for other opponent rather than pursuing the fight against floyd.

yeah, But they can talk about how many times it will be random, Since Pac is bothered that It will weaken him, so lesser tests is better for him.

simpliest solution to this is for either the WBO, whole belt Pacquiao has, or the boxing commission who will be responsible for the fighter's safety, set the protocol and cut off dates for testing. Unless it's mandatory, any fighter can say no to such intrusive testing. They could also make the penalty if one gets caught much much harsher - like lifetime ban. I'm sure that will deter anybody from using such substances, or at least make them think twice about cheating.

Another option is for Mayweather to use PEDs, seriously. If he's sure that the current tests will not be able to detect PEDs, then use PEDs and level the playing field. If he really thinks Pacquiao is using PEDs then beat Pacquiao at his own game. Mayweather's used xylocaine before, using PEDs for Mayweather is not something new.
