You can put blame on Pacquiao, too. Saying he's the one that should've just agreed to do the testing and everything would've been done.

I won't keep debating back and forth since it really isn't going anywhere, but I'll say this:

To me, Pacquiao is a much more entertaining fighter than Mayweather. I like to watch Pacquiao fight more than I do Mayweather. I just think that most of the blame should be put on Pacquiao, because he won't take the test.

If you think differently, that's fine. I just think calling someone who kept trying to negotiate for the fight to happen a "chicken", instead of the one who actually backed out of negotiations, is stupid.
