Are there really huge differences in the competition?

Kelly Pavlik wasted Paul Williams time this whole year by pulling in and out of fight. Pavlik has demonstrated that he was shook the moment he signed the fight with this last dude instead of fighting Williams. One second, Kelly's on his death bed and can't fight Williams, then after the fights called off, he's signed to another fight, while Paul is left to face the dangerous Martinez. O, and by the way, Martinez>>>Pavlik. Pavlik should be penalized for his behavior and the 5% should serve as compensation for Williams getting the 'run around' for Kelly&co and Arum. And now that Paul looked vulnerable in his last fight, Kelly all of a sudden grows a pair and tries to call at Paul. Please.
