As for the smallest, most dominant fighter ever, it would have to be Ricardo Lopez. Minimum-weight titlist for about a decade, made the most defenses ever at 21 or 22 I think it was, is one of the few undefeated, long time champions ever with the only blemish on his record being a lone draw which was revenged immediately, unified the titles and also moved up and won another title at a higher weight before retiring as champ and still undefeated.

Amazing fighter!
