Valuev by stoppage. My final prediction. His size will be too much for haye. haye cant box smartly for 12 rounds, and will end up slugging and geting hammered by the giant. Valuev TKO6

I will have to go with David Haye because I like the guy but Valuev is a giant! And Haye will have a tough fight, but lets hope he can win!
