Well Meeny I am just getting into boxing. I try to avoid street fighting as much as possible because it gets to dirty. One time I got a 40oz of beer thrown at my forehead, heh it was a mess kept fighting though. I train in Aikido and Ninjutsu that is where those exercises come from above...
Maybe you could give me some good pointers on the logistics of boxing as an art?
