Chambers is still a good heavyweight with special speed. Jerry Quarry was never quite good enough to win a belt doesn't mean he gave up trying. He can move to Cruiser if he keeps losing. As of right now he has a great shot at winning an eliminator and forcing a fight with Wladdy. I think he can at least push Wlad more than Chagaev and Sultan did.
