Anyone have experience with this stuff? a bunch of guys i train with recommended it. I was looking for a supplement to give me some sort of fast strength/energy boost for my Fitness test thursday morning and they all seem to say this would be the way to go.

Just a small bit of advice, don't take anything new before your test. You're not going to know how it will effect you and may be more harm than good.

Bodyquicken I've heard of, the other I don't know. One thing I have got rave reviews from was light force http://shop.store.yahoo.com/teamquest/suplements.html
It's the stuff Couture uses. Guys say they feel it right away and it gives them more energy and stamina.

Good luck on the test.
