The entire series and movies were filmed here in my town. I'm surprised people outside my area get much of the humor. I mean there are so many jokes directly related to Nova Scotian habits. The funny thing is there are areas in my town with people exactly like those guys. In one episode, the judge, I know as Mr. White. He was my Jr. High School Principal. In another episode, the cougar (Steve French) is named after an old bud who i grew up with. Steven was the ultimate pothead!LOL

My ex got me hooked on that show. I watched every single episode. The movies aren't great, but there really isn't one bad season throughout the entire series.
