I always found calisthenics to be more useful than weight training. Doing bodyweight exercises on a daily basis certainly transformed my body more than weights did. Nevertheless, to each his own.

Well!!We should be take care of the body weight.Because fitness should
be must in the boxing.According to me that exercise work and swimming
is the best source to the vody weight training...

How long have you been doing the convict workouts? I know with weights after time your body conditions it self to be less sore post workout and recover quicker even when you change your routines, If you have not been doing the routine for long you may find the body will learn as above.

You can generally choose one work out from each classification and develop yourself a good complete exercise. And the progressions provide you with choices in situation you can't do a particular work out.
