A lot of you read my thread where I completed all 90 days last year the day after the superbowl.

If you have questions, shoot... I completed the entire thing succssfully last year. Looking to reach the 170's this year, last year I reached 187lbs, starting at 217lbs. I count calories, that's it. Whatever I eat, I end up at 1,600 calories. That's what worked for me last year. Though I still eat clean. Original p90x is better, p90x2 is all about balance, which sounds ideal but you don't get the same burn and build as p90x. Let me ask you, can you Curl more weight with a regular stance or bent over standing on one leg? Can you Military press more weight with a regular stance or balancing on one leg. P90x2 is ok, Their cardio sessions are great, but their muscle building ones are too focused on balance and it hinders your muscle building. No fat burn, just a preworkout - jack3d. |
