I don't recall watching 'Freakazoid' much, but I think they had the 'Animaniacs' on either before or after it in the program block. Can't recall which.

I actually picked up a few seasons of 'Animaniacs' on DVD about a year ago at a garage sale. The offer was too good to pass up.
