I don't think that scenario is likely. In the video, he only says that he has heard Garcia is willing to fight him, which isn't really that conclusive.

Also, it doesn't make sense for Garcia to pull out of the Judah fight so he can fight Lucas. Why would he walk into a much more difficult fight right now - and if he is willing to fight Lucas anyway, he can do it after Zab, which lets face it, is an easy pay day.

Whatever reason Garcia has for pulling out of the Zab fight, it won't be because he's instead opted to fight Lucas.
