Arum has not given an exact dollar figure publicly. He has passed an offer along to Mares' management but Richard Schaefer said he was lowballing.

So that's why he made this $3 million offer.

And it is not a "small" amount. Even if Bob takes half of it the rest will still be enough to give Nonito his highest payday ever (according to Schaefer.)
