True, but he never has fought a single good opponent even before that incident.

He does call out fighters he wants to fight but maybe his promoter and management team could see some weakness that could be exposed him

Quite a number of HWs turned down the opportunity to fight Glazkov on NBC.

Malik Scott, who has a boring very defensive style, was accepted as the opponent only because many others like Magomed Abdusalamov, Joe Hanks and Franklin Lawrence turned it down.

Haven't these two and their teams been screaming that everyone is avoiding them and they can't find opponents?

I can't say I blame them really, Glazkov looks like a really good prospect who isn't planning on waiting around.

They it turned to Joe Hanks, Jason Estrada, Travis Kauffman, David Rodriguez, Justin Jones and Franklin Lawrence. Each turned the offer down.

There is plenty of upside for Glazkov (14-0). Beating Scott (35-0) would be a nice feather in his cap. The fear though is that Scott, as he has done his whole career, will use his length, box on the outside and win a boring, unwatchable decision. And for Main Events, which has made Fight Night a success largely by putting together exciting fights, that would be a disaster.

So if Scott boxes from the outside, applies his jab, and wins a decision....the excuse is going to be that he's boring???
