What do you guys think is the better layout?

Trying to layout my basement.

Right now the furnace is in the center... so this is if i didnt relocate my furnace

Keep in mind thats a stock 3d bar, Id build a nicer one.

This is if I relocated the furnace and hot water to the back wall.

Opinions? Or a possibly different layout?

Theres only two different layouts, those are just two different angles of each one lol

Yeah I like the more open room better... but i also like the bigger gym with a potential sauna too... im a bit torn tbh

The way I look at it, your basement has two purposes.

Gym and leisure (parties, friends over for drinks etc)

So you decide which is more important, open plan definitely suits the latter. Do you really need a sauna? Just stand next to your furnace for a few hours with a few layers of clothing on.

Of course I don't, but that would be sick... there not as expensive as I initially thought so I stuck one in there.
