You can develop it at any time & its most common among adults, our bodies are forever adapting & changing.
I believe say yoghurt for example can trigger it but you could be fine with milk and vice versa (semi-intolerant) whilst others its any dairy product.

Lactaid is apparently very good but its probably a lot cheaper & easier to switch to a whey isolate which contains very little lactose, if any.

I take it when I go gym (well, after technically) and i'm fine. I take a healthy scoop of PHD Diet Whey Nutrition. Don't over do it with that **** though, it's better to get it from real food sources. Look into Lactaid if you can't handle normal Whey mono powder.

LarryX, don't put all that stuff into your body. If you are into boxing, all you have to do is run 4-6 miles a day, box for 2 hrs. a day, eat clean and healthy (no ingredient foods), and drink 1 gal. of water. It's not hard. If you do this for 1-2 months you will see results. We go hard.
