Eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao is contemplating legal action against the neurologist who claimed the fighter had shown early signs of Parkinson’s disease.

Pacquiao’s adviser Michael Koncz responded to a query from BoxingScene.com/Manila Standard after neurologist and president of the Private Hospitals Association of the Philippines, Dr. Rustico Jimenez, claimed that he had noticed Pacquiao’s hand twitching and stuttering from watching him on television.

Legal action over an observation/suggestion?

Don't see how Team Pacquiao will even get a penny out it. Just wasting time like the law suit against The Mayweathers.

All that will happen is the Neurologist will be ordered to pay for Pacquiao's legal fees that his lawyer charges for the case and end up being just a big waste of time, like the lawsuit against The Mayweathers.

Legally those two Filipino "Doctors" have the right to be wrong and say what they think, however inaccurate. But as MDs, they cannot ethically express an opinion on someone who is not their patient and whom they have not even examined!
