it was the hard heavybag, come to think of it I tore up my left shoulder abit on one myself. But still, loosen up really good before your warring and stay off of that bag.

As for shadow boxing it is one of the most important exercises, there you will perfect your punches to muscle memory. Practice will not make perfect though, perfect practce makes perfect. Everyday that I was in the gym, as a pro, Johnny had me shadow box atleast 8 rounds every day at the beginning of the workout...........Rockin'
