Because doing so will validate Roach earlier statement that he thought marquez was on PED's and hence might get his ass sued.

Because Pacquaio was roided out his mind and couldn't be tested cause he will fail.

Because Pacquaio scared of needles.

Because Giving blood weakens him, and they were already so close to fight night.

Because doing so will validate Mayweather claims that they need better testing and this will be a win for mayweather in this lil war they have.

Meh, I don't trust testing either. Look at Lance and all the other athletes that test clean only to be later busted. Then you have a certain trainer on record saying he can easily avoid detection 20 different ways. Its a joke and they know it, they probably just didn't care that much either way.

So what you are saying is that even if JMM had passed stricter drug tests you STILL would have suspected him.

In other words there's nothing he could do to prove to you that he's clean.
